Rick Longo, P.E., RA

Rick Longo, PE, RA is an award winning Architect and Land Developer of communities throughout the region. Rick is a registered Civil Engineer in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. He is also a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania and a registered Land Planner in New Jersey. Rick graduated from Drexel University, and attended the University of Delaware and the Harvard School of Design. 

In addition, Rick is owner of Hillcrest Associates, Inc., a civil engineering, land planning, surveying, and architectural firm specializing in residential and commercial design since 1972. Hillcrest includes licensed Engineers, Architects, Land Planners, Surveyors, Attorneys and Realtors, with various professional registrations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Florida. His land development company, RML Enterprises, Inc. has helped farmers and estate owners to maximize the potential of their property.
